(3) Even if you cancel, you can continue using Signaling Premium until the next billing date.

2. I want to change the subscription duration.
You can change the duration of your subscription based on the following methods for Android or Apple devices.
🔔 The price of the updated subscription will apply after the next billing date of your current subscription.

- Please stop your current subscription.
- After the next billing date, subscribe to the plan with the desired subscription duration.
3. I want to change who pays for the subscription.
To switch the person paying for the subscription, the current subscription needs to be canceled. After the next billing date, the person who wishes to pay can purchase the subscription.
4. What happens to the subscription if I disconnect from my partner during Signaling Premium usage?
Even if you disconnect from your partner, the subscription will not be automatically canceled. If you no longer wish to pay, you must cancel the subscription yourself.

2. If the couple connection was unintentionally disconnected
If the couple connection was unintentionally disconnected, reconnect with your partner and click ‘Restore Purchase’ on the payment screen.
5. I changed my phone during Signaling Premium usage.
Log in with the same account and restore your purchase history from the payment page.
- If you switched to a device with the same OS (Apple or Android), log in with the same store ID and restore your purchase history.
- If you switched to a different OS, you need to cancel the current subscription and subscribe again on the new device.
6. I failed to restore my purchase.
Verify that you are logged in with the same store ID that was used for the initial purchase.
Solution 1: Please check if you are using the same store ID that was used to purchase the subscription.
- If it is the same ID, you can verify the status of your Signaling Premium subscription in your purchase history on the App Store/Google Play Store.

Solution 2: Force close the app and try again.
Solution 3: Reboot your device and try again.
7. I purchased subscription, but the free trial period wasn’t applied.
If you have used the free trial before, it won’t be applied again.
8. It says "Duplicate Purchase" on the subscription page.
This message may appear if:
- One of you already has a subscription and the other purchases it.
- Both partners have a subscription and are connected in the app.
In this case, only one subscription is needed for both to use Signaling Premium. Please cancel one of the subscriptions.
