Q. The widget is not visible in the list.
Occasionally, a bug may occur where the widget is not displayed properly on iPhone devices.
If this happens, please try the following steps:
- Completely turn off your iPhone and reboot it
- After rebooting, long press the home screen to open the widget selection screen, then search for and try adding “Signaling” again

Q. The widget is stuck on a date that’s not today.
This can happen due to a system error on your device, preventing the widget from updating to today’s date. Please try fully shutting down your phone and restarting it, which should fix the issue!
Q. I can’t find 'Signaling' in the widget list.

Sometimes, due to a system error, the Signaling app might not appear in the widget list. Try fully shutting down your phone and restarting it to resolve the issue.

For iPhone users, the widget function is only available on iOS 16 or later. Please check your iOS version by going to [Settings > General > Software Update].
Q. I installed the widget, but it’s not displaying anything.
If the widget screen appears blank (black or white), it’s likely due to a system error on your device (both Android and iPhone). Restarting your phone should help resolve this issue.
Q. Events aren’t shown as connected when they are continuous.
The feature to display continuous events as a single block in the widget is still under development. Please bear with us for a little longer!
Q. I changed my phone’s language settings, and now the widget shows nothing.
This issue might be caused by a system error. Please fully shut down your phone, restart it, and wait for about a minute. If the widget still displays a blank screen, this should help resolve the issue.
