Q. I changed my device but want to continue using it as before.
If you log in to Signaling on your new device using the same method (Google Login/Apple Login) and account as you did on your previous device, you can continue using Signaling just as before.
Q. I’m using multiple devices, but when I log in on one, I get logged out on the other.
We understand that it’s inconvenient to log in again every time, especially when using multiple devices. Currently, for security reasons, the app only supports logging in from one device at a time. However, we are working on an update to allow secure use of the app across multiple devices.
Q. Can I change the email address of my account?
Currently, Signaling does not support changing the email address of an existing account or switching the login method (Google, Apple login).
