How can I delete my data from Soonr?
You can request deletion of your Soonr account and associated data at any time.
- In-app (if available): Open Settings → Account (or Privacy) → Delete account / Delete data, then follow the prompts.
- If you don’t see a delete option: Contact us through the Help Center or email us at support@vespexx.com and request account deletion.
What happens after deletion
- We delete or de-identify your personal data associated with your account, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
- Some information may be retained for a limited time where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or billing/tax obligations.

How accurate are cycle or fertility predictions?
If Soonr shows cycle-related estimates, they are informational estimates based on the data you enter. Bodies vary, and predictions may be wrong—especially with irregular cycles, recent hormonal changes, postpartum changes, stress, illness, or travel. Use estimates as guidance, not certainty.
Does Soonr share my data with third parties?
We may share limited information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the app (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support), under contractual protections
- Legal authorities if required by law
- With your consent, if you choose to connect a partner or enable integrations
