Hello, this is Signaling.
On Monday, October 20, 2025, at around 4 :00 PM (KST), a large‑scale outage occurred in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) North America region, causing many services around the world to become inaccessible or experience functional errors.
Our Signaling service was also affected by this outage, which resulted in slower-than-usual app login processing and delays in app access (as of Monday, October 20, 11 :00 PM KST).

■ Message to our users
This outage was a global issue originating in a specific AWS region used by Signaling, and was beyond our advance prediction or control. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to you in using our service.
Immediately after detection of the outage, the Signaling team stopped other tasks and devoted full effort to customer inquiries and technical response.
Moving forward, we will thoroughly review our infrastructure — including improving access‐route redundancy and speeding up our incident‑response process — to minimise recurrence of such events.
If you are experiencing any inconvenience, please contact us at [My Page > Support] in the app at any time.
Thank you.
