We would like to inform you about the enforcement of our new Privacy Policy.

  1. Member Registration and Management: (Required) Email address, name (or nickname), date of birth, gender
  2. Service Provision and Operation: (Required) Message information (message transmission time, message content (including stickers, images, videos, voice files)), Schedule information (title, owner of the schedule, time, person to meet, memo), To-Do, Special Days, internal identifier / (optional) profile picture, phone number, purchase information,
  3. Customer Support Service: (Required) Inquiry history, email address, name (or nickname) / (Optional) Purchase information

② The items of personal information processed are as follows:

  1. Member Registration and Management: (Required) Email address, name (or nickname), date of birth, gender
  2.   4. When using experimental (Lab) features: Participation in Lab features is voluntary and may involve the collection of additional personal data such as emotional state, physical or mental condition, relationship-related responses, and other daily records entered by the user. The specific items collected may vary depending on each feature and will be clearly presented through individual consent notices or feature descriptions.

4. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

① To enhance service quality, the Company entrusts personal information processing tasks to overseas entities as follows:

  1. Trustee: Amazon Web Services
  2. Location of Trustee: Republic of Korea, United States
  3. Time and Method of Entrustment: Transferred to AWS Korea Region via encrypted communication at the time of collection
  4. Entrusted Personal Information Items: Email address, name (or nickname), date of birth, gender, message information (message transmission time, message content (including stickers, images, videos, voice files)), Schedule information (title, schedule owner, time, meeting person, memo), internal identifier, To-Do, Special Days, profile picture, menstrual cycle and period, menstrual start and end dates, mood, symptoms
  5. Entrusted Tasks: Operation and management of cloud servers
  6. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information: Until membership withdrawal or the termination of the cloud service contract
  7. Method and Procedure to Refuse Transfer of Personal Information: Users can refuse the transfer of personal information abroad by refusing to use the service. However, consent to the transfer of personal information abroad is essential for service use.

[Effective Date of Changes]

The revised Privacy Policy will come into effect on May 22, 2025.

 

[Objections and Inquiries]

If you do not agree with these revisions, you may choose to terminate your membership. If no explicit objection is raised by the effective date, we will consider you to have agreed to the revised terms. For any related inquiries, please use the “Contact Us” option within the app’s My Page menu.
